INSURANCE APPRAISALS
With 50 plus combined years experience in construction and insurance consulting, we can assist in helping our clients through the Insurance Appraisal process. Insurance Appraisal is used when a property owner and an insurance company can't come to an agreement on settling a property insurance claim. The turn around time for Appraisal is often times much quicker than Public Adjusting time frames.
CLAIMS CONSULTING
Often times clients bring a file to us that really doesn't warrant going through the Insurance Appraisal process or does not need a public adjuster to complete. We assist through building detailed xactimates and dealing with the desk adjuster to get claims settled for nominal fees and quicker turn around. Insurance Appraisal and Public Adjuster services are still available at any time during the supplementing process.
PROFESSIONAL ESTIMATES
We offer professional estimating services to General Contractors, Public Adjusters, and Attorneys. Any estimate that we create can be used to go to appraisal at any time. Any fees that were charged for the professional estimate will be deducted from the appraisal fees. Most professional estimates are completed and emailed within 72 hours. Field estimators are available if photos and measurements are required.
